I just had my septic pumped for the first time since I have lived at my hime(7years as of 2019) and let’s just say I was more then amazed with this Company. They were booked till May 21st, and over the course of 2 days letting Christa the receptionist who is just as amazing know my situation they “filled me in” within 48hrs. They came out and did the job right the first time unlike other Septic Companies. No Hassle.
Have been using Bradford for years. They have always been professional, courteous, and prompt. Needed my tank pumped out. I have a 1200 galloon septic tank. On each of the previous visits, I am charged to pump out a 1200 gallon tank. Amazingly enough, my 27 year old concrete tank apparently grew 100 gallons since the last pump out, and due to the fact that puts me into a higher price bracket, they were all too happy to charge me an additional 20%+ to what I have paid EVERY time.
