I tried to be patient with the property because Ms. Belle and one of the maintenance team members are extremely pleasant. However, I am at my wits' end with this apartment complex. Avoid it. I cannot wait until my lease is up! When I first moved in, my fridge wasn't working properly, which caused so much food to rot and money to be wasted. It took three maintenance requests and an email stating I would find another source and deduct it from my rent for them to finally provide me with a new fridge. I have had nothing but great experiences here! The management and maintenance team I’ve interacted with have been kind. The only complaint and the reason why I’m posting this is because they have this beautiful pool amenity layout, but the pools seem so poorly managed. I think they need to hire someone to regularly check the pool and keep it clean during the months it’s open which I think is a no brainer.
