TERRIBLE! The plumbing in this 30+ year-old unit is so bad that I can only reliably use one of the two toilets because both have repeatedly overflowed. Imagine coming home after working all day, only to have your toilet overflow and then having to clean up the mess and disinfect right before dinner. This happened at least twice a week! The apartment it's self was in bad condition. The railing looks like the pain was chiped and all they did was paint over it and the apartment was not clean at all when shown. The tour guides knowledge of the crime in the area as well was horrible.
I have been living here almost 3 years or more and I've never had a problem with staff or neighbors. Any maintenance issues that I have reported have been handled whether it be major or minor.... If there was any residential and/or saftey issues that I needed to report, management (which have Always been kind,friendly and understanding)has always handled it efficiently effectively and with emergency....
Bradford Pointe has been one of the worst apartment experiences I’ve ever had. The leasing office consistently ignores residents. Maintenance requests sit open for over a week with no updates, and follow-up calls or emails are never answered. From my personal experience, the management shows little to no urgency in resolving issues, and communication is almost nonexistent. For the amount of rent being charged, you’d expect at least some level of professionalism and care, but unfortunately, that’s not the case here. Save your... read more
