We have been here for about a year now and we have loved it so far! When we first got to our apartment we decided to stay in a hotel for the night instead since it wasn't very clean. After we got it cleaned we got everything moved in. We did have a roach problem at first, but as long as you keep scheduling appointments with the provided pest control and make sure to stay clean and spray on the weeks pest control isn't scheduled, there are little to no issues. If you want a place to stay with your very own flock of geese under your window squawking as you sleep, this is the place to stay. If you want you want to pay twice for the same (supposedly) charge and both charged differently, this is the place to live. If you want to walk your best friend around the pet friendly property, make sure you have a nice pair of shoes on to walk in geese guano (poop), this is the place. I strongly advise against living in this complex. From the start, our key pickup was delayed due to supposed cleaning issues, which proved to be a lie. Our unit (307) was riddled with problems upon move-in, including cracks, water damage, missing toilet knobs, and permanent stains. Management, specifically Whitney, dismissed our concerns and refused to address these issues. Furthermore, we encountered a loose doorknob, a malfunctioning garbage disposal, and a severely clogged air vent that rendered the unit uncomfortably hot... read more

My husband and I saw Bradford Pointe online and decided to check it out. From the moment we walked in, the place felt very inviting. We spoke with Whitney and she answered all our questions. She was extremely nice and helpful. Definitely helped us make our decision on we're we wanted to live.
