I tried to be patient with the property because Ms. Belle and one of the maintenance team members are extremely pleasant. However, I am at my wits' end with this apartment complex. Avoid it. I cannot wait until my lease is up! When I first moved in, my fridge wasn't working properly, which caused so much food to rot and money to be wasted. It took three maintenance requests and an email stating I would find another source and deduct it from my rent for them to finally provide me with a new fridge. I have had nothing but great experiences here! The management and maintenance team I’ve interacted with have been kind. The only complaint and the reason why I’m posting this is because they have this beautiful pool amenity layout, but the pools seem so poorly managed. I think they need to hire someone to regularly check the pool and keep it clean during the months it’s open which I think is a no brainer. We moved into an apartment we asked if our unit was gonna have a washer, dryer said yes then said our unit didn’t come with one. They came on out back patio and took a picture of an ash tray said we couldn’t smoke a cigarette, when the whole community smokes and walk around smoking. The lady at the leasing office is absolutely rude, and petty. Haven’t been here for 2 months and they’re purposely picking a fight. Everything in the apartment is ghettofied. If I could give this place a zero I would. The office is never open the door is always lock management is rude they do not answer the phone when you call. Please spend your hard earned money elsewhere.
I can’t find the words to begin with how mad I am with the complex. I mean for starters, Bella my leasing agent has been nothing more than rude to us since we moved in. Maintenance team just doesn’t seem to exist, (me and my roommates have called about our ac not cooling properly atleast 6 times now and at this point they are flat out ignoring our requests).
