RecommendedGreat place to live! Management is amazing and they communicate well & handle things promptly when issues do occur. Great complex and If anyone is looking for somewhere to rent, I would definitely advise them to check Bradford Place first!

RecommendedI've lived here for two years now and I've had no issues living here. The amenities are great (when available) and the neighborhood is quiet and conveniently located.

you've got a racist working as your maintenance man it not alot of people are gonna stand for it!
They have a racist maintenance man. Who upon seeing Black people exercise their right to bear arms, threatened to hurt them for doing so. I wouldn’t want to live anywhere that supports this racist or would allow him into my home. 🤢

RecommendedI have lived here for 2 years now and I would like to say they have been so helpful anytime my husband or I have had an issue with anything. They just updated the playground, tennis court, gym area, and also added a grill by the pool.
My unit was already infested with bed bug when I moved in. I moved in with brand new furniture and brand new items but I was bitten by bed bugs since day one. I also found a bed bug since day one. I talked to the office then they sent pest control. I was later charged $300. They like to point fingers with excuses. I do NOT recommend this place to anyone. Financially, I don't feel safe anymore because they can just charge anyone first then accuse you for the charge even when it's not your fault. Burglaries are quite common he... read more

Apartments are in need of updates, and the front gate/guest call box system need to be completely REPLACED. As small as the rooms are, you could definitely do better for the price.
