I have had an extremely poor experience with Bradford Place on Carlyle. Unfortunately, the main issue is just communication. When you need help with anything, you hit a wall of silence through phone, text, or email. Its a frustrating and frightening experience. I am not sure if this is due under-staffing, simple incompetence, or complete disregard for the dignity of its tenants. What caused me to write this review is something I have never dealt with. I tried for weeks they only took messages NEVER a call back!!! Then I was given a fake address, when I arrived at the address it was a health care. When I called to verify the address I told it was the correct address. When I finally located the office no answer. There was someone who said they was there for a viewing but no one showed the leasing office was probably waiting for me to leave. I called again using a number a resident gave me the man still insisted to leave a message and had no contact with the leasing office!!... read more
Lived at the apartments on carlyle. Homeless guy living in the laundry room next door. Can never get a hold of anyone. Moved out in April still haven't gotten my deposit back and it's almost September. Place was immaculate when I left. Way overpriced. Stay away
