Stay away from these guys. They mistreated me in every way, from not prepping the boat, to not returning phone calls to attempting to overcharge me for taxes and fees. The worst part was the ole bait and switch. a free service turned into an incremental charge of $1010 at closing. To me these guys are not just rude, but incompetant and not honest as well,
Very disappointed in the way I was treated. Purchased a new PWC this spring and Joe Martin didn’t even know what colors were available. Then he continues to lie to try and cover up previous lies. Sales/finance manager stated that “it doesn’t really matter if you want to buy it or not, we won’t have any trouble selling it” Which I guess means they could care less about making anyone happy. Horrible experience with this dealership. We took our Regency pontoon in for warranty issues in February and today is July 28th and we still don’t have our boat back! They waited from February to June to decide it needed to go back to the factory. We don’t even know where our boat is at this point bc the factory said a closure ticket was issued for it to be returned to dealership but Bradford hasn’t returned our last 3 calls.
