Terrible place. Rude.staff and the kept my perso al meds my insurance paid for
I would give 0 stars if I could. This place gives Suboxone to patients so keep that in mind. My fiancée went to the estate in Mississippi and was then sent here for IOP. The whole 4 month process we are still going through has been a complete nightmare. They are all about the money, that is their priority. I wish we would have searched for a better place. I will never recommend this place or the estate to anyone.
They sent me to a place in Warrior, Alabama the day after I called, in a state bed, no insurance. Amazing medical staff and food. Beautiful place to start recovery.
This is a pathetic hospital located in the middle of Alabama. The staff is terrible and the counselors and counseling is a joke. I was admitted to withdraw from medications my doctor prescribed. It worked but the joint is a joke. I'd never go to that place again.
It's pathetic when you reach out to an organization that is based around helping people and they deny to give you the vivatrol shot because they believe you need (intensive outpatient) which is 5k without insurance. I'm already willing to pay the $1500 for the shot. I'm well past the 30-40 day point yet they still want to scalp people who are trying to stay sober out of 5k.
