Bradford Construction did an outstanding job on our flooring. The installation was flawless, and the team was professional, punctual, and very detail-oriented. Highly recommended.
Their projects never completed on time or within budget, they intentionally harass and pick fights with neighbors to further delay (and bill) for their dishonest construction projects. They do not follow ethical business practices and cause harm to neighborhoods.
Serious concerns regarding a remodeling project overseen by Bradford Construction. The project, which began in February 2024, has now extended well beyond a year and remains unfinished with no clear timeline for completion. This prolonged delay demonstrates an evident inability to meet deadlines or manage a project efficiently. The results of my project far exceeded my expectations in large part due to the dedication and competence of the entire crew at Bradford Construction. The guys were creative in solving the inevitable issues that arose, took pride in their work (such a rarity these days), and were incredibly nice to boot. I wholeheartedly recommend them!
