The project, which began in February 2024, has now extended well beyond a year and remains unfinished with no clear timeline for completion. The results of my project far exceeded my expectations in large part due to the dedication and competence of the entire crew at Bradford Construction. The guys were creative in solving the inevitable issues that arose, took pride in their work (such a rarity these days), and were incredibly nice to boot. I wholeheartedly recommend them!
I've worked with Mike and John on multiple development projects over the years and I can say that they are without a doubt the best contractor partners in the Bay. The quality of their work speaks for itself, but I love the fact that they communicate effectively and are always transparent and on target when it comes to cost and timeline. I'm looking forward to our next project together.
Mike and his crew did the concrete + foundation work on my house. He and his crew are amazing. Wonderful customer service as well as communication. Not to mention top quality work and a very fair price. He does complete renovations, however, I am a finish carpenter so I was able to finish the remaining work on my own. Otherwise, I would have certainly hired him!
