We hired Bradford Builders to remodel a home office. We combined a three-season sun patio with the existing office. We couldnt be happier with the room. Although there were challenges to getting materials, ***************************, the project manager kept us informed of arriving materials and scheduled work to be completed. Everyone was professional and courteous. We are now enjoying the extra room and are thankful that we hired Bradford Builders.

Bradford Builders and the entire Team they have assembled are EXCELLENT!!! I have had Bradford Builders do all the work on our home. Anything from lighting upgrades to replacing every window in our home. All the work is done professionally and with attention to detail. The Owner is very accommodating to our needs. Bradford Builders remodeled our kitchen and bathrooms and performed considerable refresh (paint and floors) and upgrades (lighting, wiring and ceiling fans) to most of our house. They also constructed a concrete entertainment area in our backyard that included buried power and walkways and also installed power and lighting in our barn. Bradford Builders is an excellent company. Have used them for simple projects as well as a total kitchen remodel. They are not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for. There is a one year warranty on their work & we have always received a reminder letter 6 months prior to the warranty expiration. Brad, Steve & the entire team do excellent work from the first consultation through the completion of the project. Bradford Builders has done several projects on my house and they’ve also done work at my parents’ and even grandparents’ house years ago. They have consistently provided excellent work. They are very professional and prompt. I will definitely continue using them. Highly recommend.

Please use extreme caution if you are considering using this company. Our home suffered major damage when a plumbing company installed a backflow valve incorrectly and flooded our home with waste and water. Bradford Builders (Chuck) came to our home several times, but would never provide an estimate for repairs. First, let's be clear that Bradford Builders was not responsible for the incorrect installation of the backflow valve. A different, unrelated contractor is responsible for this error. Bradford Builders was contacted for an estimate to repair the damage caused by the flooding in the home. This turned into a waiting game while the remediation contractor (again, a separate contractor) finished their work.
