I have been seen by Dr. Wall a few times in the past 10 plus years, I have also had family members see Dr. Wall and another at this practice.Very satisfied with staff and facilityWill return when needed.
Very friendly staff and dr. Had to get an X-ray and technician was awesome, very friendly. After that I had to get a shot in my knee. My dr gave me the shot and he was amazing, I hardly felt it and was ready to leave.
Dr. Wall was very thorough with my examination. I highly recommend him to anybody in need of orthopedic treatment.
As usual, GBJ did a great job of welcoming, signing in, getting me back to the examination room and quickly seen a treated. Thanks again for all you do.
Arrived for appointment on time. Asked if I received a text message to complete forms. Said I hadn't. So the receptionist texts them to me to complete, which i did. Waited forever to be called back. Called back and checked in with nurse. Waited some more. Finally, the doctor came in and maybe spent two minutes with me. Waited again to be processed out. He explains everything about your diagnosis and treatment to where you can understand it.
Patiently answered all my questions and explained my medical condition to my understanding with options for follow up when needed. He is extremely kind, positive and courteous putting me at ease during visit.
He takes the time to make sure you are comfortable with the idea of having surgery and that your questions are answered. Impeccable bedside manner
Dr Wall did hip replacement and was really great! Really nice gentleman and listens !
