I saw Dr Wall for a Workers Comp injury. My time with Dr Wall was exactly the opposite of what I would have expected, being as it was for a WC injury appt. Dr Wall was very kind and compassionate. He was very attentive, listened to all I had to say, and answered all of my questions. He explained his plan of care, ordered a MRI, and discussed possible future treatment options. Dr. Brad Wall has treated me for years. Everything from knee orthoscopic surgery to cortisone injections to provide relief. He is very professional and caring. I highly recommend him.
I have a tear on my rotator cuff. Dr. Wall advised my to have surgery. At that time, I had grand Children graduating from College, a vacation planned. I was going on a trip. If I had canceled our trip, I was going my lose my depositI wish I had listened to Dr Wall. Now 10 months later, I am going to need surgery.
Very short wait time between checking in and being called back to see the doctor. I was seen by a nurse, a nurse practitioner and 2 x-ray lab technicians in a very timely manner, all who was very skilled in the roll they performed in preparation of me being seen by Dr. Wall. Dr Wall listened to my concerns and came up with and implemented a treatment plan that was to my satisfaction. Dr Wall and his staff are to be commended in their efforts during my visit today.
