RecommendedToday my son had a doctor's appointment with our doctor of 13 years. Ironically, my face shield broke before the appointment. When we arrived, I stood outside to respect their mask policy. The receptionist told me I could go in. Once I filled out the papers and sat down, the nurse came to the window and began screaming at me, slammed a mask on the counter, and demanded I wear it. It seems as if there is only 1 doctor on staff. I have been waiting here for almost 2 hours to get checked for the flu. That is ridiculous. The nurses are great and friendly, but the wait times are atrocious. It would have been faster at the ER.
Waited 1.5 hours watching red streak form down my leg from cellulitis infection. Ended up leaving and going to ER. No triage or urgency whatsoever by staff. Never saw the doctor.
Stay away from the 9908 SR 64 location at all cost!!! Terrible service!
