New management. I moved in a year ago right before the new management team came in. I don't believe the increases in price reflect the quality you're getting. The roads are very uneven and cracked, one of the fence walls surrounding a dumpster fell over and was left there for months. (now they've moved all the dumpsters to the back corner of the lot, but have still left a pile of the old broken fence to sit for the past week) I think my biggest problem is parking.
