Braden is the best ever and this is coming from an internist
Dr. Braden helped me 12 years ago when I had issues with a total knee replacement. He really cares about all of his patients. I am having issues with a shoulder problem from a car accident many years ago. It’s like he feels my pain and is concerned about me. The exercises he suggested seem to be working - he’s impressed upon me this is necessary. It’s helped before- it’ll help again.
I have been seeing Dr. Braden for 15 years when needed. For me it has been groups of 3 to 5 visits every 5-7 years because he fixes your issue directly and then gives you exercises to help you eliminate recurrence. He is the BEST Dr. I have ever been to. PS - my exercises take me 2 minutes each day.
