They had HORRIBLE management at decatur GA 2016-2019 . The washers and dryers never worked even after calling them for an entire year to fix them ... When i moved out during COVID since i was paying mine, and my family's rent they charged me for an extra 2 months under the guise of "well you never returned your key" after i told them i was moving out, and packed everything up and told them not to contact me after being such a horrible company. BEWARE! DO NOT MOVE IN I have never been so disappointed with an apartment complex or management group. I moved in a month ago from out of state, have had issue after issue, and been treated extremely poorly. I wouldn't move into ANY OF BRADEN FELLMANS PROPERTIES
Braden Fellman Group is shamefully unprofessional. The vintage properties should be really nice to live in, however, Braden Fellman attempts to rider-away responsibility for even the most basic safety and health matters - like actively engaging in securing a safe environment for residents, providing a pest-free environment and following its own lease provisions. 1. Absolutely terrible. DO NOT MOVE IN HERE. The Management is absolutely terrible. We had issues with black mold, SO MANY LEAKS including a massive sewage leak that filled up our bathroom and wasn't addressed for over 24 hours, poor insulation that was never fixed. Packages are stolen from the mail room, gates are never locked. Worst place I have ever lived. DO NOT LIVE IN THESE APARTMENTS! DO NOT HIRE THE MANAGEMENT IF YOU ARE AN AGENCY - THEY ARE THE WORST I HAVE EVER WORKED WITH.
We have lived here for over 10 years. The apartment was flooded last year. An when we renewed the lease. We asked for carpet in the living room. As I have COPD an asthma. The guy said we would have to pay for the carpet to be changed. We also are experiencing a dirty sock sendrome coming from the air conditioner unit for over a year now. Don't be fooled. We plan on breaking the lease an moving. Beware of Braden fellman property's.
