The apartments themselves are decent with a responsive maintenance team for things that break. They’ll keep your apartment in all the working order they are contractually obligated to provide. HOWEVER- any property maintenance or amenities, they barely care about. At the 351 Hillcrest property, the back sidewalk is so slick with mildew that when it rains, it’s a right of passage to fall. The pool has been closed all year! Did not open for Memorial Day, did not open for July 4, and now kids will soon be going back to school and it is STILL closed!!!! It advertises a pool and it is false advertising!!! They enter your apartment at their whim without notice. It is a huge disappointment. One if my reasons for moving here was the pool and it is not open.
I’ve had a terrible experience with Braden Fellman. Do not rent at any of their properties! They will get you with unnecessary charges. I moved out early because of financial and personal reasons. They made me give 2 months notice which is basically just forcing you to pay and extra months rent. Make sure to read the fine print on the lease if you even think about renting here.
