This was my first visit, and what an amazing first time impression they gave with exceptional customer service! They truly are a hometown caring business.
Drop off for repair said it would be 3 weeks. Went by after 4 weeks said he would get it done that week after 6 weeks still had not started on it so I went to pick it up. He started accusing me of bitching and that he would get right on it I took my business elsewhere. Very rude would never recommend.
Great quick affordable service ! When other shops tell you what you don’t want to hear, Braddock’s tells you what they will do, and they do it! if you want mediocre go somewhere else if you want exceptionalism give Braddocks a shot!
