Excellent customer service
This was the most delightful experience I've ever had purchasing a vehicle! I was interested in only ONE vehicle and finance expert, Rodney made it happen. And, the whole process was done long distance - I reside in PA and this dealer is in MD. There was never pressure to consider other vehicles on the lot. I would definitely return to this dealership or recommend it to friends and family!

All I can say is that when I reached out to Braddock Motors no one responded. Several days later I got an auto reply that said “Where did you go? You disappeared.” I answered back “What disappeared? You never responded.” I knew I would not get a reply. Clearly they are not reading their emails.
Good experience
I am still in the process of car shopping, and the people at Braddock have been SO helpful- by simply staying in contact and not applying any pressure to buy, it's not the stressful experience I was expecting.
Professional! Offered a good deal and delivered what they represented.
