Last night, there was an incident on the top floor involving property damage. Someone gained access to multiple restricted areas, including floors and elevators that normally require fobs. Several signs and fixtures were damaged directly in front of 5 different residents’ front doors, which is extremely concerning from a safety standpoint. Not sure if there was more on other floors. Been living here for a year now and love it so far! Amenities and location are great as well as convenient. Definitely reach out to Shay and Melanie in the leasing office, they were super helpful and resourceful during our leasing & releasing process. Would recommend this building to many!!
