I recently made an across the country move and was in immediate need of an apartment. Loved the facility and amenities offered by The Bradbury and the rent was also within my budget with covered parking within the apartment building itself - not open air which majority of the properties have in this area and something I did not want. The property is centrally located with all attractions within a 5 mile radius. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this property. I experienced repeated privacy violations, raising real concerns about how resident information is handled. In addition, there are major livability problems: constant noise from the Town & Country loading dock (sometimes starting at 6am), heavy highway noise, and feces/debris in hallways, stairways and on the property. These are ongoing issues, not one-time problems.
So I been living here for 3 years now and I must say everything been amazing when it comes down to the amenities and customer service it’s been great! I remember when I was having some troubles with my aparment in the Bradbury & the leasing agents Daniely, Melanie,& Shay all came to the rescue and really help me they all came to the rescue and I don’t normally get that in all the other apartments I been in. The front office uber is amazing and Jess is the best property manager! She’s super polite and attentive at all times. I’ve lived here 3 years and never had any problems. The best!!!
