Moving out because maintenence failed to fix things in my unit my shower was unable to be used safely without out a shower curtain also I put in several requests for other things to be fixed in my unit as in my lock.on my door which took 12 days and then was out on upside down and didn't even cover the entire hole making my unit unsafe to live in... Only live here if your a fentanyl junkie everyone in this building is on fentanyl tranc or meth this building is infested with drug smoke to the point where the public hallways are gassed with fentanyl smoke
I lived here in apartment 102 back in 2003-2006 I paid $525 a month with parking boy how times have changed! I liked the first hill location.
Very old definitly old 1902 needs lots of tlc just got new manager hopefully he will stay and get the building into 'top shape
