I visited Bradburn Gardens recently and had an experience. While the gardens were peaceful at first, the surrounding area was unsafe. After walking a few blocks away, I encountered a individual who was talking about how he is a "god", after trying my best to avoid him he looked me in my eyes and said that he was going to "touch me" Then pinned me down but luckily i ran away. We’ve lived at these apartments for 5 years and recently moved into a 2-bedroom unit. The new manager made our move fast and easy, which made this transition a really positive experience. We’ve gotten married and had our daughter here, and over the years we’ve really gotten to know our neighbors. Scarlett loves the park, and our dogs absolutely love the dog park! HORRIBLE company overall. Let me first start off with mentioning that, it wasn’t always this bad of a place. Deerwoods the company that managed prior would at least address concerns. Bradburn Property management could literally cease do exist and no one would ever notice. Work orders will sit for months without any action, plumbing is horrendous, other peoples poop and piss backing up into your unit, no hot water, infested with mice and roaches.
