We’ve lived at these apartments for 5 years and recently moved into a 2-bedroom unit. The new manager made our move fast and easy, which made this transition a really positive experience. We’ve gotten married and had our daughter here, and over the years we’ve really gotten to know our neighbors. Scarlett loves the park, and our dogs absolutely love the dog park! HORRIBLE company overall. Let me first start off with mentioning that, it wasn’t always this bad of a place. Deerwoods the company that managed prior would at least address concerns. Bradburn Property management could literally cease do exist and no one would ever notice. Work orders will sit for months without any action, plumbing is horrendous, other peoples poop and piss backing up into your unit, no hot water, infested with mice and roaches. The manager came right away & fixed my lock and was very helpful doing so.
I have lived here for 3 years unfortunately only because it was the only place to afford at the time. The 3 years ive lived here, here’s what I’ve experienced. 1st year here I had drug addicts living below me, caused a constant police presence here not to mention the multiple OD’s that would happen in that apartment. 2nd year here I had a neighbor that would have homeless people come and stay with them making me feel very unsafe coming home once sun went down. 3rd year living here I have neighbors that do nothing but fight, ... read more
