I called Bradberry Service Company last summer and received the best of care from the technician that came out. My A/C wouldn't stay turned on, but when the tech, Rickey, came out to my house, he found the problem and fixed it within 30 minutes!!! I'll definitely be calling them again if I have any more problems.
I called Bradberry Service Company at 9am on a Friday morning and spoke with Jonathan immediately. Much to my surprise, he agreed to meet us at our home late that afternoon. He worked on the unit for over an hour, and yet the fee was still very reasonable. I will definitely call them again with any problems in the future.

I would recommend this company for their prompt honest service and fair pricing. I chose this company based upon previous reviews on Yellowpages.com and the lack of complaints on the BBB. I sent them an email late on a Saturday night and they had our A/C back running by 10:00am on Sunday morning. Jonathan Bradberry delt with our college age son that lives in our house in Tuscaloosa with respect and professionalism. I love service people that do what they will say they will do and actually do it!
