My mother needed a new furnace and we didn't know what company to choose. I call Bradberry and the receptionist was so very helpful. We were in contact with a technician quickly. They installed her unit the same day. We are so very pleased. The technicians did a great job and were very professional. I would highly recommend this company.

I had a very pleasant experience with Bradberry Service Company. They installed central heat and Air. The preinstall employees as well as the installers were professional, punctual and knowledgeable. They cleaned up very well and were very careful with furnishings. They were also patient with me and answered all questions. Excellent customer service. We had no system issues, just scheduled a routine maintenance. Technician some how blew out the compressor and said we had to have a whole new unit to the tune of, you guessed it $6,500.00. I called the office and wanted to speak to the owner, because I needed him to come out and address this issue today. Now I have to call someone else to come over and try to determine what this technician did to make my unit stop working. On top of that they charged me over $200.00. I know that your son was at the house when our technician arrived for the scheduled maintenance. Had an issue with my HVAC, Tuscaloosa Condo. They sent a technician over and said the blower motor was Burnt out, EST $2500 to repair but recommended a new system for $6500, and charged of $69 + extra charged that totaled $114 service fee for ???. Prior to the visit, the AC was barely working 78F, then after he left, the tent said the temperature upstairs increased to 95F with windows open an outside temp of 65F. I went over and found the blower on and heater stuck on, but thermostat off. I guess the motor healed it self lol... read more

The best HVAC company in west central Alabama hands down. I was able to upgrade to a 18 seer 5 stage Carrier infinity unit for about the same price as a standard unit at other HVAC companies. It is an awesome unit. You have to be new the unit to even hear it running. Love it!!!
