A four star rating only because, he's not able to just touch my knee and it be replaced. Seriously, he's straight to the point. No going in circles and did not try to talk me into treatments I've already endured. Showed me the scans. Explained it. My surgery is set. Everyone at TOC is professional, kind, and understanding. From the kiosk for check-in to the representatives at the front desk, med assistant, x-ray tech, and everyone I crossed paths with. I'm happy to be treated there.
Dr. Wills is an exceptional physician! Trusting him with my knee replacement was a fantastic decision! The relief from pre surgery pain was immediate, the scar is minimal and the recovery was ahead of schedule. I was prepared for much worse because of the procedure, but the whole experience has completely exceeded my expectations. Love Dr. Wills!
First time meeting Dr Wills. He was very nice and seemed interested in my problem. Would definitely recommend him.
Dr. Willis is very professional in explaining my problem with the fracture of my knee; also, he did a good job on my wife's hip replacement, and he's our sons Dr. All of us highly recommend Dr. Willis!
