I cannot say enough good things about Brad. Long story short, I have a Hospital Income plan and needed to file a claim, the only thing holding me back is that my agent is located in Wichita Falls. I was told by my agents office to go to any local State Farm and get a form to fill out so I could fax it over and submit the claim. Brad was on the phone for probably a good 30 minutes trying to help me, even though he was not at all familiar with the Hospital plans.
