Called for help with a leak, not certain if an entire porch roof needed replaced or repaired. It all started out good, the estimator was professional and prompt. Indicated a leak. Granted, a low dollar project likely to create nightmares. My estimate never came nor any return email, call. If you don't want the work be honest about it. I am a reasonable person if it can't be guaranteed. Left us in the lurch having to start over.

I've never in my 44 years on this earth seen a more unprofessional group of people. I've worked as a tradesman and I've ne thought to show up for work in basketball shorts and tennis shoes.
