Like other reviews have stated this company sounds good at first but then does not communicate at all after initial contact. Could not be happier with my roof
Outstanding job. On time..very competitive price...left with the area totally cleaned up. Even came back a second time just to do a final check. I have used Brad Smith in the past...they always do a perfect job. I could not have asked for any improvement...they are just great!! If you need a roof...use Brad Smith!!
We were very satisfied with their service from start to finish. Ricky came initially, crawled up into our attic, went on the roof, and diagnosed the problem as faulty ridge vents. Ricky was very personable and competent. When finally the roof cleared of snow and ice, and it was safe to do the job, they did a very good and efficient job.
