Brad Smith represented us twice; the first time to buy a home and the second to sell that same home 3+ years later. When we bought the home, we offered full price with almost no negotiation at all. But selling that house 3 years later turned into a nightmare; one of the worst experiences of our lives. Needless to say we would never recommend him.
