I called for a free estimate and inspection. They were supposed to come out Tuesday June 6th at 5:00 pm. No one ever showed or called. I left a message at the office and no one has yet to call me back. That is just bad customer service!
I have used Brad's for years to clean my carpet & furniture and have always had an excellent job done. The technicians are terrific, very polite and personable and they really do a through job.
They were on time, and since the carpets being cleaned were at an empty rental house, this was very important, since we had to meet them there. They did an incredible job, but were fast, which was also important to us for the above reason. But they did a complete and thorough job, they didn't cut corners. They were hard-working, friendly and very professional. The price was extremely reasonable. I would recommend them (and have) to my best friend!
We've used Brad's for years and always have been amazed and extremely happy with the results and service! ! I highly recommend! !! I've had other companies and our doesn't compare to what you will receive.
