Had my appt scheduled, got a call the day before saying they couldn’t come out and needed to reschedule. Told her I had furniture coming so needed it done before then, so she rescheduled for the next day. Was never told a reason for this. Day of appt I call after no one was here at the appt time, to be told they had canceled all their appts- yet I never received a call. I understand things happen and if your truck was broke down- call me so I’m not taking time off work and other inconveniences. Will never use their service

Mark was very nice and business like.Told us what ge could do for us and he did a great job on 11 year old berber carpeting that we've had since the house was built in 2008 and a fantastic job on our sofa and loveseat.Cleaned up vey well and would recommend your company to anyone.Business goes by word of mouth and we have already told a few people how pleased we were with what had to be done. My first time using this business and I would definitely recommend and plan to use them again. Andrew did a great job getting some pet stains out of the carpet and a couple of stains out of the furniture. Both the carpet and furniture really look great! Andrew's customer service is really great!

I had my downstairs carpets and couch cleaned this winter. The two men that came to do the job did not wear shoe covers or wipe their feet and covered/soaked my bamboo and tile floors in salt and snow from one end of the rooms to the other. Their water connection was also broke so they hooked it up to my bathroom sink where I later found after they left water everywhere including in my cabinets from under the sink they used. Very courteous! they got the dog spot out of the carpet. They gave an honest review of the chair I wanted to clean and my ducts, that in the end didn't mean a job for them. I appreciate companies that look out for their consumers! I'll definitely be calling again!!
We really appreciate the job that Brad’s did. Mark was hard working, knowledgeable, and very respectful. We had some issues that concerned us and they were willing to return in order to help solve them. As it turned out, we did not need them to return but felt confident in the way that they handled it. We will definitely use them again and would recommend them to anyone.
