Very knowledgeable and pleasant . Has a great staff in his office too. I disliked one of my night nurses who told me 'she has a nine yr old and I was a bigger baby than her.' When I was in pain. Other than that I would say I would recommend a stay in the hospital.
Dr Meister has replaced both my hips and both my knees. He’s a very serious doctor with great bedside manners. I also enjoy his sense of humor and his caring attitude.
Dr. Meister was very personable, knowledgeable and easy to talk to. He explained everything in a way that I understood. Would definitely recommend everyone to see him.
I wouldn’t go to anyone else for my knees - so far hips okay - and he successfully replace my husband’s hip. I recommend him to anyone and usually hear back how much they love him. Professional, kind, knowledgeable - everything you’ve looking for.
Kind, explains well, patient and non demeaning as a physician
Dr. Meister operated on me twice in the past year- first after I broke my femur in 2 places due to a fall, and eight months later for a hip replacement. I am of advanced age and six weeks after surgery I am now walking with very little use of a cane. I highly recommend him as I believe he gave me my life back. As now, I drive, walk every day and have full mobility.. We are very fortunate to have someone of his skill in this area. I am such a fan and am so grateful for him.
He was very nice and I will come back to him .
I was having issues with my fingers clicking and catching, rather than cutting tendons, I was injected with a medication that relieves the clicking and catching. Much better option than surgery
He listens to your story including what you hope to gain (not waking up with pain, lifting gallon jug, pulling a suitcase in airports) and offers all possible treatments. In my case, severe osteoporosis of shoulders and rotator cuff tears in two muscles, torn tendon. Options—I. Continuing pain control—dry needling , heat, diclofenac Na topical gel. 2. PT 3. Cortisone shot is shoulder 4. Surgery Complete shoulder replacement and fix other problems. We decided on all four—I would continue pain control, start PT, get cortisone ... read more
