Fantastic service at a fair price. Very responsive and a pleasure to work with.
It has been roughly 8 or 9 months since my roof replacement from Brad McDonald Roofing. I wanted to get a few rains on it before I wrote this review....I ended up waiting all summer. The job that they performed was excellent and thorough. Their crew was kind, efficient, and clean. We have a complicated roof with parapet walls and scuppers, the team expertly designed and installed the solution and after years of leaking from a previous design, we now have none. I would recommend them to anyone in the area.
This is the only roofing company you want to do business with! Great people, very timely and super professional. They have the honesty and integrity you hope to find.
Brad McDonald Roofing is a great company to work with. Their commitment to customer service is exceptional, and they genuinely make you feel like a valued customer rather than just another job. Kelsey Lee has been especially helpful, professional, and responsive throughout my experience. It's refreshing to work with a company that is so customer-focused and takes genuine pride in the quality of its work and service. That kind of dedication is increasingly rare these days. Highly recommended!
Brad McDonald Roofing installed the roof at my home through Ryan Homes and they did an exceptional job! When we had some strong winds (Florida thunderstorms and hurricanes) came through, it blew some shingles off and when I contacted Brittany about it. She had her guys come out and repaired and replaced what was missing. I usually don't write reviews, but I had to recommend them for roof repairs or replacements because they are a great company and Brittany was a delight to work with. Thank you Brittany and the team at Brad M... read more
