Awesome dentist and human at the same time... He take care of our dental needs for more than 20 years, no complaint whatsoever, if you afraid to go to the dentist because of the big fat bill Dr Freedman is your man, he never does what you don't need... You paid for what you need
Dr Freedman is a great and honest dentist. However, we have been bullied by his front desk staff and they refused us to make a new appointment, lied that we canceled appts 5 times! This was not true, we canceled 2 times when covid happened. I wanted to report the situation to Dr Feedman but the staff blocked us. Please stay away from this office.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. The receptionist was rude and disrespectful. I was happy with my dental care but I will never go back there because of the awful way I was treated at the front office.
They simply like to smile and rip you off. Charge for stupid things and upon asking they will never have explanation about it, to cover it up they will give a tooth brush and a sample toothpaste so they can charge you bomb money. Never ever go to them.
