Agents lack professionalism and communication. Had the experience of being in contact and routed through 4 different agents for ONE studio lease listing. Took multiple emails and calls, and 3 days for the landlord (one of the agents) to even review the offer. My clients were fed up in the end and decided to pass. Please respect everyone’s time and cut the games.
I really enjoy working here as a realtor. The office is probably by far the best one in downtown Toronto. Looks amazing! Great support from admin and front desk. Great support and guidance from the manager. Highly recommend to realtors in town.
