We didn't actually get to see Dr. Capawana, this review is purely based on our attempt. Worst customer service we've ever experienced, and we really genuinely tried to be patient and understanding with their mistakes. This had nothing to do with workload or covid, it had everything to do with flagrant disregard and lack of professionalism. When we finally did reach the Pullman location on our sixth call and following multiple issues, their response was, "we have nothing to do with the Moscow location." Very nice, and helped my toe immediately.
Impossible to get in to see even though three or four of my family go there. By the tjj in me I get all the referrals and paperwork my issue will have resolved itself! Forget it.
