Brad did a really terrific job. He has good instincts, gave me great ideas about how to fix up the house, and was a huge help in negotiations. Bottom line is that the house sold in a week for quite a bit above the asking price. Brad was also easy to deal with and wasn't doctrinaire when it came to doing things he thought would be helpful to get the house ready to sel.
Brad Hinckley sold my Seattle house efficiently while I was often traveling.
