Brad is AMAZING! He was so patient with us as we were out of state home buyers. He went out to multiple properties for us, not only taking video of the home and property but also the street and neighborhood so we had a clear picture of the potential property. Brad helped us move to Portland from out of state. We met with Brad in early March 2024, he took us to all the neighborhoods in Portland. He was our own personal tour guide telling us all the great spots to eat. By May, we were ready to pull the trigger and move here. He would walk properties for us and send us a Video as we were going to buy sight unseen. Brad was super patient with us. We put offers on a few houses, that just don’t work out. I have my house listed for sale in Vancouver, listing says occupied, Brad still shows up 40 mins earlier than his appointment. But thats not the worst part. After reviewing camera footage, he goes in the garage and without hesitation lifts up the cover off my exotic car to check it out. Gave me the feeling like he is capable of going through your stuff inside the house too. Super unprofessional.

I very, very strongly recommend Brad Hammond to act as your agent when you are ready to sell. I needed to sell a property in Portland but I do not live in Oregon. Brad’s knowledge of the market and his guidance was extremely important to me in preparing the home and property for sale. The home required refreshing.
