Brad was a ninja. He helped us through the purchase of our beautiful condo and coached us in order to get an amazing buy price. He also advised us on how to best sell our house. He sold it in two days for more money than any house in our neighborhood had ever received. Brad was there whenever I called him. He couldn't have been more patient or more helpful. What a true professional Brad is. My wife and I met Brad as he was doing an open house and were immediately drawn to his friendly demeaner. Shortly thereafter we decided we wanted to enlist his help with a complicated 1031 exchange. (He was our agent for both a purchase and a sale.) He made the whole process simple and stress free. Brad and his team were extremely helpful and knowledgeable as they assisted me in selling my late mother’s La Costa area condominium.
