What a true professional Brad is. My wife and I met Brad as he was doing an open house and were immediately drawn to his friendly demeaner. Shortly thereafter we decided we wanted to enlist his help with a complicated 1031 exchange. (He was our agent for both a purchase and a sale.) He made the whole process simple and stress free. He was on top of everything. I would highly recommend Brad for your real estate needs, and in fact we are about to use him for another rental property we'll be selling in a couple months.
Brad and his team were extremely helpful and knowledgeable as they assisted me in selling my late mother’s La Costa area condominium. We engaged him shortly after her passing and he was instrumental in navigating the whole process of preparing it for sale (including “estate sale”, final items removal, cleaning and painting) as well as a fairly complicated negotiation with the buyer. We ultimately achieved our net proceeds goal in a timely manner with him keeping us informed every step along the way.

I am a non CA resident and was buying property in San Diego. Brad was referred by a friend. This guy did such an amazing job.
