Recently i suggested Brad to a single mother family of 5 , thay had had troubles with the team they were working with for a while to buy a home in oshawa area . Simply put they weren't getting anywhere and were very frustrated, Brad goetz in about 4 days found them a beautiful bungalow near downtown whitby. These people are absolutely elated with their purchase. In my opinion brad is a great guy n realtor. He's done good for this very deserving family. I wish him n his family best of luck. Thanks Brad!
Our first experience buying a property in Canada and it could not have been with a better Realtor. Brad was always patient throughout our journey and never pushed us into anything we were not comfortable with. I am writing this review 3 months later purposely because I want to share not just the pre-sale aspect but the post-sale aspect too.
