He was patient and told me what to expect
I feel very comfortable in Dr Blankenhorn’s care. That is always important but when it’s your feet you need to have confidence that the treatment is the right one.
This doctor explained the surgical procedure which I needed as well as telling me about all my options.
Appt was on time and dr explained everything clearly and surgery was very successful. Very happy with outcome
Organized and efficient.
This MD might as well have been a PA (which I had on an earlier visit). Diagnosis. Prescription. Nothing more to say. Seemed impatient when I asked more questions. Not worth the physical pain it took to walk in and out. For an educationally based institution that claims 'We believe that the best quality healthcare comes from a well-informed patient', Dr. Blankenhorn apparently didn't find my common malady interesting enough to engage this aspect of his care. This place is a mill.

Everything was very organized and very quick. Spent almost no time waiting. Everyone including Dr. Blankenhorn was very kind and professional.
