Horrible Experience and I now have a foot that is forever ruined due to Dr. Castellano’s -- incompetence! I went in for a SIMPLE bone spur removal, and came out of it with two screws in my toe. I told him no screws multiple times. He agreed to my request on our first meeting, even told me that since I have had a successful bone spur removal surgery without screws (different doctor), he will just remove the spurs and if I need them later on, we will address it then. Dr Castellano is a top notch Dr and surgeon. Gave me back my quality of life and is knowledgeable and I can’t even say enough about him. He really knows his stuff and has tremendously helped me. Highly recommend for any ankle/foot issues.

When other podiatrists would get extensive tests and surgery, Dr Castellano was able to diagnose through an excellent exam. Spent time and gave a treatment protocol that lead to cure in 3 weeks. I wouldn’t see any other podiatrist in the future should I need one. If I could give a 10 I would.

Dr Castellano performed surgery on both of my feet!! What an amazing difference. I’m brand new and playing tennis again as if no surgery! Amazing practicality and vast knowledge in his field. I appreciated his no nonsense approach immensely. What he said is what happened just as he described taking into account the ‘unknowns’ in medicine and the inherent risks involved in surgery. I have no hesitation in highly recommending Dr. Castellano for any podiatric issues.

I'm very impressed with Dr. Castellano and his office. His assistant was very nice as was the office staff that checked me in. The doctor seemed very knowledgable and experienced. I would recommend him to anyone who needs foot care.
