He was very informative. I never sold a house before, he answered all my questions & explained how everything went. If I need to sell or buy a house I would definitely use Brad.
Brad handled the sale of 2 large (unique) properties that were in an estate for us. There were multiple individuals on the estate, attorneys involved, and LOTS of challenges selling these homes. Without the use of a realtor (specifically Brad Anderson with County Wide Properties) we would have been lost. Brad was professional, communicative, and knowledgeable throughout the year long process. We highly recommend. Brad was everything we could have asked for in an agent. As first time home buyers we had tons of questions and many things we didn't understand or know. He was very patient with us and answered all questions we had in a very timely manner at all times of the day and made the process of buying our first home less stressful. Very highly recommended.
Brad was awesome! He was willing to show us homes last minute and during late hours! He also has a ton of knowledge about homes and all that comes with buying one. I would recommend him to anyone!
