Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions? Not that I have seen Does this provider remember you by name? Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!! Was this provider's office too cold? No, it was fine How would you compare this provider to others in his/her field that you have visited? Among the best I have seen

Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Yes, they seemed very qualified Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? I had to wait for a little while. Does this provider treat every client equally? Definitely, they make everyone feel equally respected and cared for Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? No, I was always attended to

Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special? Not really, I've never seen them go above and beyond Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne? No, they didn't wear any cologne Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? Probably, I wasn't impressed

I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. It was obvious that they didn't take any pride in their office's appearance. I don't think that place has ever been cleaned. I will absolutely return.
