I took my Toyota Rav4 to have it checked out for vibration between 20-40mph. My concern was potentially the torque converter. I expected Bracy's to do proper diagnostics to identify the issue...Trans, TC, drive shaft, etc.... I primarily spoke with Rob, who could not really give me a clear understanding as to the level of trouble shooting they performed, but the conclusion was the trans was bad and a replacement would be 7K.
