If arrogance and small town mentality is what your are looking for then this is the place for you. Rude and unprofessional office staff. Brackin might be able to help his patients if he would listen instead of telling them what he assumes is their problem. All need an intense class in customer service.

Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier! Was this provider sympathetic to your situation? Yes! They went above and beyond to make me feel special and respected

Yes, they made me feel like I shouldn't have called Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit? Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier! Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? No, they've never taken personal calls with me

Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen! Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Extremely easy, and close to the entrance Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had
