staff was rude. She had no care or compassion when telling an elderly couple that she sent their prescription to another city which was 20 miles away. building felt old and musty. 5 minutes early for an appointment was not enough for the doctor and he cancelled it because i was not 30 minutes early. Even thoug i had gotten all the paperwork early and only had to sign 2 releases for him to see men. I was sitting in the waiting room when the staff told me that he cancelled the appoitment.

receptionist was very rude. While i was waiting she told an elderly couple " Well... I sent your prescriptions to the pharmacy in Portland. " Even though the G{S giving wrong address location.... When i called her reply was that they are by McDonalds. she had no offer to help with locating the office. they cancelled my appointment because i was not 30 minutes early. Even though i got the paperwork beforehand to fill out before i got to my appointment. 1 was 5 minutes early for my appointmen

Billing staff exceptional rude and act like the money is coming out of there pockets. Still don't call my family member by his/her name and they have been going there for years.

I was only 65 years old when I had my only appointment with "Dr.Jack". The first thing he told me was at my age, I would never have to be examined "down there" again, as he pointed to my groin area. I was there to ask about my rectocele and prolapsed bladder problem. So I didn't. But I was having a gall bladder problem for which I was to have gall bladder surgery.
