After living at Bracken House for a year, my overall experience started off positive — the building is nice and maintenance requests were handled fairly quickly. Unfortunately, the move-out process completely changed my opinion of the management team. Despite moving out two months before our lease ended (and continuing to pay rent through that period), we were billed over $200 in water and sewage charges for a month when the unit was completely unoccupied. yulia & taylor helped me find the perfect location for my first apt living alone - i have a river view and have turned it into such a cozy spot. they were so great and efficient with getting me all the documents i needed to officially sign my lease. i would recommend bracken house not just for the location but for the people who helped me get here :)
