Do not use this location! Firstly, the amount they said Id be paying after the move in special was far less than what they actually started charging me. Second, they charged my card after I moved out and was told Id get a refund they did not honor. When I called and asked about this they ended up blocking my number and when I called from my sisters phone the extremely rude customer sevice was appalling. There are better, more affordable units around that dont have people that will steal your money. Watch out!
Great storage place…climate controlled, easily accessible, convenient pin pad access. Would highly recommend!
The rates were good & I was told I would get a senior discount, which I did not, when I paid a year in advance. But I truly believe they will give me a refund to make it right. The manager Greg was very nice, but rather new to the job. I rented a 5x5 climate controlled unit & when I started moving the items in, I realized it was only 5x3’10”. What the heck! If I rent a 5x5, I expect it to be 5 ft each way. Greg had never measured the unit before & was surprised that it was 14” shorter than advertised. I will be calling upper... read more
