The rates were good & I was told I would get a senior discount, which I did not, when I paid a year in advance. But I truly believe they will give me a refund to make it right. The manager Greg was very nice, but rather new to the job. I rented a 5x5 climate controlled unit & when I started moving the items in, I realized it was only 5x3’10”. What the heck! EDIT: I am still confused on how this all happened but here is how I went from giving them 5 stars to 1, if I could give them negative stars I would. I was informed that I needed to give them 7 days notice for my move out of my unit. I thought it was odd but I don't own a storage unit facility. So I had been waiting to receive the keys for my new apartment and thought I would have them by the beginning of August. I've amazing how many things can go wrong when moving, but Vernie at Advantage Self Storage saved the day. When I needed a unit at the last minute, he found me a new one on the spot—great price, zero hassle, and A+ service. Truly went above and beyond!
