The salon owner has fried and damaged my hair to the point that I had to cut it all off! I went in for an ombré dye and she over processed my hair and didn’t tone it. I will never go there again. She also had the nerve to charge me. What a horrible experience after being there for 4 hours. Now I have to buy a wig because the damage is unrepairable. This place should close down. Now I see why it’s always empty with no customers.
