I started a 16-month aligner plan, but the clinic never informed me they would be closing when I began treatment. They mismanaged existing patients, gave no proper guidance, refused a refund, and even removed the Marietta location from Google Maps. Very unprofessional. On top of that, the lady I spoke with on the phone was extremely rude, and the management team has been careless and irresponsible.
If you want to waste your money and time, and get absolutely horrible results, go to Willow Orthodontist. I have taken my daughter to this place for 4 and half years. They needed to fix her overbite. For that, they told us that they have to remove two good teeth. Since then, they have been trying to close the gaps and fix the overbite. But they could not. Willow closed their east Cobb location permanently in the middle of my daughter’s treatment plan. This has forced us to the Alpharetta location which is only open one day a week. How could anyone be satisfied with an orthodontist office only open one day a week? We are screwed when she has a broken bracket. Do not recommend this company!
