Violation of state guidelines hours of operations must be least 5 days a week 9-5pm They only open Wednesdays.
They changed the corporate and service is horrible! They open only one time a week and it does not give any flexibility at all! I wish I will never get there.
I Was transferred here from Covington, they made an appointment but at the appointment what they did is nothing, just said they can’t have me and told me to go back to Covington. That is terrible customer service. Thank you for nothing
We had an appointment two days ago, and the orthodontist wanted a bracket and wire put on the new tooth that came in. When the orthodontist had to keep coming back over to the technician during the process to say something, I was concerned. I am also not surprised that only two days later, the wire was sticking out. I called the emergency line last night at 8:15, which was 10 minutes after the issue happened. Because of the wire sticking out my child wasn't even able to eat.
