If I could give 0 stars, I would. . I came in for what was supposed to be a 40 min appointment to get two new sets of retainers. I waited an hour and they still weren’t ready, and when I finally tried them on, they had messed up the mold and had to redo it. I was there for over two hours and did not receive an apology for their poor service and lack of respect for my time. I even told them I had another appointment to get to right after, and they failed to provide timely care. Do not come here!
No just no. Don't go to this place, they keep messing everything up and treating me like I'm a 5 year old.
I met Selina, a coordinator, today and she was so nice, very informative and proficient I thought she was a doctor.
I needed to move my child’s appointment for a bit later in the day and they were able to which was great. Also Selina was great very informative asked if we had any questions prior to my child getting any work done.
Very nice, beautiful scenery, chairs very comfy, staff also very nice Megan was great
