I have been seeing prof Skerritt for years and he's a fantastic Doctor. His reception staff are RUDE intolerant and shouldn't be working in tjis line of work. Firstly they lose my appointment then book me in 5 weeks later. They forget to text me a reminder and I arrive early. With no explanation I sit for nearly an hour and when I say I have to leave as the doctor is running late and they can't say when I will be seen.
